Maple Grove West (Plats 1 & 2) rests in the northwest corner of the city of West Des Moines, Iowa. The Homeowner’s Association consists of 101 units between the two plats. (Plats 3, 4, and 5 are covered under separate HOAs). All units fall within the Waukee Community School District boundaries.
This quiet community, established in 2006, is composed of single-family houses with owners from all walks of life. Whether you are young, have an established family, or enjoying retirement life, you’ll feel welcome in this community.
Maple Grove West is just west of Des Moines Golf and Country Club, is minutes away from Jordan Creek Mall, blocks away from several restaurant establishments, and its access to nearby parks is just the tip of what makes this neighborhood ideal.
For Prospective Homeowners
For prospective homeowners looking to purchase a house in Maple Grove West, we are excited to get to know you. If you have never been part of an HOA, your realtor should explain this concept to you during the home-buying process.
Homeowners in Maple Grove West (Plats 1 & 2) pay $225 membership dues on an annual basis (due by January 1). These dues cover the cost of lawn care, snow removal, and general maintenance needs in the common areas of the HOA. Lawn care, snow removal, and maintenance of homeowners’ properties are not covered by the HOA.
For Current Homeowners
Current residents of Maple Grove West HOA (Plats 1 & 2), please remember that annual dues ($225) are due no later than January 1st each year. Invoices for account balance owed will be mailed by December 1st. Payments not received by January 1st are subject to a monthly 1.5% late fee on the outstanding balance.
